A Texas holding company — rental operations, long-term investments, and select ventures.
About
Mabuhay Ventures LLC is a family-owned holding company based in Rockwall, Texas. We own and operate residential rental properties in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, hold long-term investments, and develop select new ventures. We run a small portfolio deliberately: sound properties, clean books, and commitments we can keep.
What We Do
Rental Operations
Residential rental properties in Fate and Royse City, Texas — leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations handled directly by the owners.
Holding & Investment
Long-term ownership of real estate and operating businesses, with disciplined capital and a preference for steady, durable returns over speculation.
Ventures
Select early-stage projects in education and technology, developed patiently and funded from our own balance sheet.
